In November 2007 by the Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, our company assumed the assessment of"Chongqing Jiahua Bridge  Hongen Temple - Daqing Village Feasibility Study" . Accept the mission, the company immediately formed a project team and the Expert Group to develop an assessment of the work plan, held the preparation of the trial which the expert group, project and corporate research units participated in, and to organize experts and related personnel to the scene conducted a field spot survey.
　　On this basis, the project team held project assessment meeting. Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Urban Construction Committee, Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the Urban Planning Bureau, Municipal Gardens Bureau, transport and management department and the Jiangbei District government departments and other government functions attended  the meeting; Chongqing Municipal Design Institute (which can be prepared research units), Chongqing investment company (legal person). Expert Group and the relevant units,after see feasibility study in detail and listen to the situation, the serious study-related information and full discussion ,formatted the "report of evaluation meeting " and "the views of specialists in the field." 
　　After the meeting, in order to further implement the expert group and all the comments and recommendations, the project team and relevant experts communicated and discussed with corporate units and research units in the preparation of seminars several times, especially in transportation, engineering, investment, economic and demolition, etc. has done further analysis and improvement, making the project decision more reasonable. In all the support and cooperation, the project team completed the project assessment of the consultation report in the period of time which stipulated  by Urban Development and Reform Commission .
